[70/Frozen] Original Wagyu Tendon Stew (Suji Nikomi) (200g)

Onishi’s original recipe that contains boiled beef tendons. The tendons have been boiled for an hour not only to make it tender, but also to remove the grime and excess fat attached to the tendons. The tendons are then thoroughly washed and put into a pot with onions, ginger and chilli, paired with soysauce and other ingredients that make up the stew.
