配送・受け取りポリシー / Shipping & Delivery Policy

銀閣寺大西シンガポールでは、お客様にスムーズかつ確実に商品をお届けできるよう、以下の配送・受け取りポリシーを定めております。

At Ginkakuji Onishi Singapore, we are committed to providing smooth and reliable delivery services. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.

1.⁠ ⁠配送対象地域 / Delivery Coverage

  • 配送はシンガポール国内限定です。海外配送は行っておりません。

We deliver within Singapore only. International shipping is not available.

  • すべての配送はカトン本店から行います。

All deliveries are dispatched from our Katong Main Branch.

2.⁠ ⁠セルフピックアップ / Self-Pickup

  • セルフピックアップをご希望の場合は、カトン本店のみでの対応となります。

Self-pickup is available only at the Katong Main Branch.

3.⁠ ⁠配送スケジュール / Delivery Schedule

  • 配送日はご注文日から3日以降でご指定いただけます。

Delivery is available from 3 days after the order date.

  • 指定の時間帯にお届けできるよう努めますが、天候や交通状況により遅延が発生する場合がございます。予めご了承ください。

We will do our best to deliver within the selected time window; however, delays may occur due to weather or traffic conditions. Thank you for your understanding.

  • 旧正月などの繁忙期は例外的に遅延が発生する場合があります。

Exceptions may apply during peak seasons such as Chinese New Year.

4. 配送料 / Delivery Charges

通常配送料：S$20
Standard Delivery Fee: S$20

ご注文金額がS$250以上の場合は送料無料
Free delivery for orders over S$250

クリスマスや旧正月など繁忙期には、配送料が変更となる場合がございます。
Delivery charges may vary during peak seasons such as Christmas and Chinese New Year.

セントーサ島へのお届けには、追加でS$18の料金がかかります。(送料無料対象外)
An additional S$18 charge applies for deliveries to Sentosa Island.　(Not applicable for free delivery)

5.⁠ ⁠再配達・住所不備について / Failed Deliveries & Address Accuracy

  • 住所の不備や不在により配達ができなかった場合は、再配達料が発生する場合があります。

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, a redelivery fee may apply.

  • ご注文の際は、正確な配送先住所をご記入ください。

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate when placing an order.
