新しくなった銀のすき焼きのたれは、鹿児島県のサクラカネヨ(吉村醸造)製の甘露醤油を特別に取り寄せ、タレ自体の甘味とコクを大幅にプラスしました。
こちらの甘露醬油は、自然の気候に任せ、大豆、麦、塩、水だけで一年以上熟成させた生揚げ醤油に、コクのあるうま味と奥深い甘みが特徴です。
そこへ、昆布と椎茸のエキスで旨みを補完し、1本で十分な甘みと旨みを感じてもらえるすき焼のタレへとリニューアル致しました。

肉じゃが・煮物・親子丼など様々な料理にお使いいただけます。
Ginkakuji Onishi’s specialty sukiyaki sauce. We renewed this by using “Kanro Shoyu” from Kagoshima prefecture, and brewed wtih high quality ingredients from all around Japan.

Kanro Shoyu is aged more than 1 year, so it has rich sweetness and strong Umami.

Great for not just for Sukiyaki, but also simmered dished and rice bowls.
